Penny is a native Houstonian and a
graduate of John H. Reagan High
School and the University of Houston
with a BS in Education (English). She
worked 31 years for AT&T in the
Network Planning and Engineering
Departments, retiring in 2001. She
served as Volunteer Coordinator for
SIRE, Houston's Therapeutic
Equestrian Centers, from 2004-2009.
